Cools the skin and works very well for me. Once before I purchased it overseas and was very satisfied, so I'm buying it again. Keeps its effect for amazingly long time. One minus - size could be a bit bigger.

Immediate absorption and instant moisturising for my eyes. Very convenient to carry in purse along with cosmetics. Always keep it handy, using few times a day. Great improvement - dark circles around the eyes are gone! My eyes look much younger now.
A bit of downside - it could me more affordable...
